 Our production facility situated in Pietermaritzburg outside Durban, South Africa and conforms to first-world quality, labour and environmental standards. The factory has been audited to The Coca Cola Supplier Guiding Principals. It is GREEN rated and 100% compliant.We are a Level 2 Black Economic Empowerment contributor (100% compliant), through our policies of preferential procurement, enterprise development and socio-economic contributions (second highest level out of seven). We are certified ISO 14001 (environmental quality management) and SABS certified ISO/TS16949. We use an Eco-foaming® process that is HFC-free and non-ozone depleting. Our goods are fully recyclable. Our double-wall, single-mould beverage units are manufactured without any joints or local weaknesses and injected with Eco-foam® under pressure resulting in the very best insulation possible. Independent tests conducted on our ice boxes have revealed that they have been able to retain the temperatures of frozen goods at below zero for over 20 hours and maintain ice for up to five days.
